Semco Maritime awarded contract for M&E installation at Topsoe’s SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell) factory in Herning

 

Semco Maritime has been selected by Topsoe as contractor for the mechanical and electrical installation contract that marks another milestone in Semco Maritime’s commitment to green energy transition.

Topsoe, a global leader in carbon emission reduction technology, has chosen Semco Maritime as their  partner for the execution of this important M&E installation project. The contract encompasses electrical,  instrumentation and mechanical work related to Topsoe’s innovative facilities and infrastructure at the  company’s new electrolysis factory in Herning, Denmark.

The project management, planning and preparation workstreams are ongoing and on-site installation  activities on site will commence in October 2023 and are scheduled for a period of 12-14 months. Semco  Maritime will deploy highly skilled and dedicated teams ensuring seamless operations throughout the  project’s duration.
