Motive Offshore Group specialises in the design, manufacture, rental, and inspection of marine and lifting equipment. Launched in 2010 by James Gregg and Dave Acton, Motive is headquartered in Boyndie, Banff, Scotland.

A trusted partner to clients working with leading operators worldwide, the Group comprises three divisions:

With a team of over 200 employees across five global bases, in the UK, Norway, UAE, US, and Taiwan, we are active in 48 countries, working within the renewables, oil and gas, and decommissioning sectors.
