This partnership marks a significant milestone in the O&G industry, bringing together AISUS' expertise in remote inspection technologies, encompassing innovative subsea inspection tools and digital X-ray technology from their joint venture partnership with Digital X-Ray Engineering Ltd (DXE), and SIMEROS' extensive knowledge in subsea pipeline engineering and integrity management solutions. The new inspection services which will be offered exclusively through SIMEROS in the Brazilian market and will be presented in two key sectors. These services will include top-side inspection solutions for Unbonded Flexible, ensuring comprehensive 100% coverage using the state-of-the-art Rapid-X Inspection system. Additionally, a specialized ROV Deployable Subsea Inspection Tool that has been designed and verified by DXE, will be built and validated to cater specifically to the needs of the Brazilian market.
