Aker BP ASA said Wednesday that its previously announced acquisition of Lundin Energy AB's oil-and-gas business is expected to be completed on June 30.
The 125 billion Norwegian kroner ($13.2 billion) deal was announced at the end of last year and will see Lundin shareholders receive a combination of shares in Aker BP in the form of Swedish Depositary Receipts and cash.
