Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director
Hurricane Energy plc, the UK based oil and gas company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Andrew Allan as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 July 2022. Robin will chair the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee, and become a member of the Technical Committee. David Craik will step down as Chair of the ESG Committee but will remain a member.
