Building Leadership Capability Across Borders at Prosafe

By Ann McRobb Associates

Ann McRobb Associates recently delivered its Management Training Programme to an exceptional cohort of managers at Prosafe in Brazil, led by Anurag Rai. The programme brought together managers from across the organisation, creating a collaborative and reflective learning environment focused on developing practical, people-centred leadership capability.

The Brazil programme was marked by strong engagement, open discussion and a clear commitment to growth. Participants actively explored real leadership challenges, reflected on their management approach and focused on applying learning in ways that would make a tangible difference in their day-to-day roles. This level of participation highlighted both the quality of the cohort and Prosafe’s wider commitment to leadership development.

Equally valuable were the follow-up sessions with managers who had previously attended the programme delivered in September in Gdańsk. These sessions provided insight into how learning had been sustained over time, with managers sharing examples of how new skills, behaviours and perspectives had been embedded into their leadership practice. Seeing learning translate into lasting behavioural change remains a key measure of success for Ann McRobb Associates’ development work.

Ann McRobb Associates would like to extend sincere thanks to Dawn Penny, Reese McNeel and the wider senior leadership team at Prosafe for their continued investment in leadership and management development. This long-term commitment reflects an organisation genuinely focused on building capability, supporting its people, and strengthening leadership for the future.

By investing in leadership development across regions and reinforcing learning over time, Prosafe continues to cultivate a resilient leadership culture that supports sustainable performance in a demanding industry environment.
