Delivering specialized integrated engineering solutions designed for oil and gas across the Middle East

Aberdeen’s Nucore Group, incorporating Oteac Ltd (Oteac) and HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering Ltd (HVAC&R) will be exhibiting at ADIPEC 2019, a leading oil and gas conference in Abu Dhabi from 11-14 November 2019.

With a presence on the Scottish International Development stand, Hall 1 Stand 1210, Nucore Group will be showcasing products delivered by Oteac and HVAC&R. Senior members of the management team, Mark Cowieson – Oteac Services Director and Russell Bell, HVAC & R Services Director, will be attending the conference and exhibition.

HVAC&R continues to provide specialised Zone 1 and Zone 2 ATEX-compliant equipment for the Middle East, installed on platforms and onshore refineries in the region. The company supplies the upstream, downstream and marine sectors with a range of innovative ventilation and refrigeration equipment specifically designed to meet the region’s environmental challenges.

One of the HVAC&R products delivered to the region includes the ATEX compliant shower chiller unit, designed for use in hazardous, explosive areas, the water / fluid temperature is regulated automatically between +25°C to +38°C. The system is supplied as a packaged solution, fully tested and charged with refrigerant that doesn’t require a specialist technician to install.

Oteac offers a range of specialised fire and gas detection, suppression systems and related design and engineering services to oil & gas, renewables and marine sectors, providing customers with an integrated approach to manage fire and gas risks to life and assets to help ensure a safe working environment.

Experienced in designing, installing and maintaining fire protection systems Oteac delivers solutions to both onshore and offshore facilities, that include rigs, drill ships, semi-submersibles, FPSOs and onshore processing plants.
