Norway’s DOF Group has secured a long-term subsea services contract from BP covering work in the Atlantic region.
The three-year firm deal, with two one-year extension options, will see DOF deploy one of its subsea vessels to support bp’s construction, installation, repair and maintenance (IRM) operations.
Offshore work under the contract is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026.
The contract scope includes project management, engineering, logistics and offshore execution. DOF said preparations are already underway.
DOF Group chief executive Mons Aase said the agreement represents a significant step forward for DOF and it UK subsea organisation. Financial details were not disclosed.
