Drillmar Resources Strengthen Operations With New Appointments
Aberdeen headquartered Energy recruitment specialist Drillmar Resources has announced several key appointments including a new Operations Manager within their Drilling department and additions to their Business Support team.
Kevin Sharp will now utilise his substantial sector expertise to lead Drillmar’s Drilling Division.
With more than 30 years’ international experience in the Energy industry, Kevin began his career offshore in the North Sea as a roustabout before successive promotions through the drill crew led him to shore-based HR, crewing and training management roles.
Commenting on his appointment, Kevin said, “I have worked in the drilling contractor sector for most of my life and since moving my career onshore, every position I have held has been people oriented.
This opportunity was a natural fit for me at an exciting and challenging time for the industry.”

In line with their strategy for domestic and international growth in 2023, Drillmar Resources has also announced the appointments of Steve Cruickshank as Group Strategy Officer and Bethan Johns as Business Support Consultant.
Both are highly experienced within the Energy recruitment sector and have been tasked with shaping the company’s operational and business development strategy while driving improvement to processes and procedures throughout the organisation.
