ICR Integrity Strengthens Team with Key Appointments
ICR Integrity (ICR), leading global provider of integrated maintenance and integrity solutions to the oil and gas, power, chemical and nuclear industries, has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the business with its international growth strategy.
Richard Wilson joins ICR in a newly-created role as COO, utilising 30 years of operational and commercial experience in the oil and gas industry – specifically from his time leading a major service contractor and oil company.
Richard, a qualified Engineer, spent over 12 years with Sparrows Offshore, latterly as a Director of Operations during which time he established new bases in the Middle East, Singapore and India as well as leading significant growth in the UK market.
Commenting on his appointment, Richard said: “I’m delighted to join ICR and look forward to supporting the team with our industry-leading products and services. Our centre of excellence in Aberdeen has enabled us to grow our international presence; our asset integrity solutions, for example, continue to receive significant global interest.
Alongside Richard, new CFO Alan McQuade joins ICR. A Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience, he was previously CFO of two of Acteon Group’s operating companies. Prior to Acteon, Alan was part of PwC’s Transaction Services team, involved in financial due diligence and restructuring for both corporate and institutional clients.
