Integrity HSE are thrilled to announce the appointment of Jillian Thomson as Risk & Resilience Manager, who joins Rob Diver – Head of Risk and Resilience as the business seeks to expand its service offering in this evolving sector.
Jillian brings an impressive blend of experience to the team, having many years experience with Police Scotland, specialising in oil & gas industry liaison and 10 years as an OPITO Major Emergency Management instructor for both offshore and wind sectors.
In her new role, Jillian will lead mental health initiatives, strengthen the organisations’ risk management capabilities and enhance their emergency response training and drive value through her expert consulting services.
Jillians’ unique background in law enforcement, combined with extensive industry experience, brings a fresh perspective to Intergity HSE’s growing team and the business looks forward to the enhanced value that this appointment brings to their clients across all sectors.
A key part of resilience is mental health, and Jillian will be leading the delivery of Integrity HSE’s onshore and offshore Qualsafe accredited mental health first aid training courses. The first monthly course will take place over the 27th and 28th February in Aberdeen and is open to the public.
