Aberdeen-based consultancy, Integrity HSE who is widely recognised for its excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and training services, has deployed a subject matter expert (SME) to Houston this week to undertake a comprehensive cultural assessment of a client’s workforce, which numbers approximately 8,000 personnel.
The assignment will be led by Stephen Cargin, a highly experienced professional whose distinguished 36-year career with the Police Service of Northern Ireland culminated in the rank of Chief Superintendent. Following his retirement from policing, Mr Cargin provided coaching and mentorship to law enforcement agencies across several countries including Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Libya.
