Aberdeen-based QHSE and training specialist, Integrity HSE, has announced the appointment of Karen Swanson as Receptionist and Administrator. Karen will be based at the company’s headquarters on Queens Road, where she will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and will provide operational support to Integrity HSE’s team of subject matter experts.
Karen joins the organisation from COSL Drilling, where she played a key role in workforce planning, certification compliance, and the onboarding of offshore personnel. Her extensive background includes over a decade of experience with energy sector firms such as Oil States Industries and CAN Group, in addition to nine years with the Scottish Police Services Authority.

“Karen brings with her significant expertise in training coordination, human resources, logistics, and operational support.
