Aberdeen’s award-winning QHSE consultancy Integrity HSE has confirmed they have seen a significant rise in enquiries for training and competence services. This influx is the result of the natural organic growth of the Queens Road-based company, coupled with the recent employ of John Mutch as Training & Competence Manager in August.
Mr Mutch’s role has been created to cover every aspect of training and competency from strategic planning to practical implementation, and involves working with clients to design and manage competency systems tailored to operational and regulatory needs, close competency gaps, and align development programmes with company objectives.
Steven Harris, Integrity HSE’s Managing Director said, “We do not view the outsourced training and competence services offered by most other companies as fit for purpose. We want more than that for our clients, we want to give them something meaningful that offers a tangible return on investment, and John is the perfect professional to lead that”.
