J+S Subsea Champions Local Football with Renewed Ellon United Sponsorship

As the football season approaches, J+S Subsea reaffirms its commitment to supporting local sports by extending its sponsorship of Ellon United. The company has signed an exclusive one-year sponsorship deal with Neill Irvine, the dedicated captain of Ellon United, who also serves as a respected painter and decorator in the town.

Founded over a century ago, Ellon United boasts membership in the Scottish Junior FA and competes in the competitive North Region Premier League. The sponsorship provided by J+S Subsea is pivotal in ensuring the club’s financial stability, supporting essential needs such as equipment, football kits, and travel expenses for away games. The club is based at the Meadows Sports Centre, a central hub for sporting activities in the town.

Lucinda Craig, Business Development Director at J+S Subsea, emphasised the company’s ongoing commitment to local community support through sports sponsorship. “Sponsoring Neill Irvine and Ellon United aligns perfectly with our values of community engagement and investment in local talent. We are proud to play a role in helping the club achieve its goals both on and off the field.”

Ellon United expressed gratitude for the continued support from J+S Subsea. A club spokesperson highlighted the significance of sponsorships in generating crucial revenue for sustaining and enhancing club operations. “We extend our heartfelt thanks to J+S Subsea for their continued sponsorship of Neill Irvine and our club. Their support enables us to build towards a promising future for Ellon United.”
The renewal of sponsorship underscores J+S Subsea’s dedication to fostering local sports and enhancing community spirit through meaningful partnerships with organisations like Ellon United. As the new season approaches, both the company and the club look forward to another year of shared success and growth in the footballing community.
