Leading IT company celebrate record 12 months with £2.6m turnover

Aberdeen-headquartered ITWORX has reported a record £2.6m turnover which equates to a 15% increase in their business over the past 12 months.

The IT and communications firm also increased its team by 4 new members, boosting staff headcount to a total of 17.

ITWORX specialises in providing end-to end solutions, providing strategy, direction and advice on communications, security and IT technologies.  Boasting a 98% client retention rate, the firm aims to achieve an annual turnover in excess of £4m over the next 3 years.

Jill Ross, co-owner and Director at ITWORX said: “The last 12 months for ITWORX has been extremely exciting and fast paced. With investment in new positions throughout the year, core to our success has been the strong teamwork and commitment of our people.  We are extremely proud of the team’s achievements with a record number of 8 specialist industry certifications achieved.

“In October, we were delighted to be awarded Datto Partner of the Year for UK and Ireland, a massive achievement that further recognises our strength in protecting clients through our managed back-up and business continuity service”

In 2019, the IT and communications company secured new contracts from existing customers and 10 new clients, with a combined value in excess of £775,000. This will be delivered across the next 3 years.

Jill added: “Building on last year’s success, we have plans to expand the business into other areas of Scotland. This will include growing the team further, with the creation of additional roles combined with the launch of new products and services throughout the year”

This is an exciting time for the business with the company approaching it’s 10-year anniversary later in the year.
