Aker BP has exercised its second 12-month option for Deepsea Nordkapp in line with an agreement entered into in April 2018, according to a stock exchange announcement.
The option will take effect when the first option expires in June 2022, and the contract amount is stated to be 109 million dollars, excluding integrated services. In addition, there is a performance bonus.
The parties have also agreed on an additional option of up to 12 months.
