OEG Energy Group Limited (“OEG”, the “Group”), a leading offshore solutions business, has appointed Caroline Merson as its new Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
In her role Caroline will sit on the Group executive committee and will lead the strategic direction of the OEG Energy Group brand, including its Offshore and Renewables divisions. She will develop and drive the execution of OEG’s marketing and communications strategy across its key target markets and be responsible for the effective communication of the Group’s ESG and sustainability strategy.
Most recently Caroline was the Marketing & Communications Director at Ashtead Technology, where she led the company’s brand and marketing function and supported the business with its successful IPO on London’s AIM market. Prior to this, Caroline held senior marketing & communication roles at Glacier Energy, Subsea 7 and Proserv.
