SEROOSKERKE, the Netherlands – OOS International’s heavy-lift crane vessel OOS Gretha has placed a 120-ton accommodation module on the P-19, a Petrobras-operated semisubmersible platform on the Marlim field in the Campos basin offshore Brazil.
Initially, the module had been lifted from the premises of an offshore supplier onto the OOS Gretha’s deck.
It was placed on the platform during a short window of favorable weather on July 25. While the crane vessel was in DP mode, the module was accurately positioned on the starboard forward corner of the P-19, OOS International said.
