The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has discussed with Repsol the preparations to drill the exploratory well “A1-02/30” in the Murzuq Basin, where work is expected to begin during the month of November.
During the first technical meeting with the NOC for the year 2024, company officials reviewed preparations to drill six more exploratory wells during the next year, according to the NOC Facebook page.
Repsol confirmed that preparations are proceeding under excellent security conditions and that no violations have been recorded, according to the statement.
