Rob Diver’s career started with nearly ten years in the British Armed Forces, before moving into policing with Thames Valley Police, the Metropolitan Police, and Police Scotland. After leaving the public sector, he accepted an invitation to be an advisor to NATO, working at their Joint Warfare Centre in Norway on resilience projects across allied countries.
Today, Rob is Head of Risk & Resilience at Integrity HSE, where he helps clients stay ahead of the many physical and cyber threats facing modern businesses. From geopolitical risk forecasting and traveller safety to business continuity and emergency planning, Rob’s advice gives organisations the clarity and confidence they need to operate securely, often giving them an edge over their competitors.
