SPX FLOW to showcase flow solutions at Offshore Europe

SPX FLOW will be demonstrating its whole life approach to flow solutions at Offshore Europe 2019.

“SPX FLOW is one of the few companies with the industry expertise and inhouse engineering skills to offer oil and gas customers total support: from concept, design and build, to installation and commissioning, throughout operational life to the point of decommissioning,” explains John Greig, Aftermarket Director – Power & Energy Commercial EMEA. “The SPX FLOW team will be on stand throughout the show to demonstrate the financial, logistical, quality and performance benefits that accrue from using a single source supplier like us.”

Aftermarket services are tailored to customer needs and can range from ensuring certifications remain valid to repurposing pipelines or delivering a total maintenance regime for customers who do not have the resources inhouse.

In addition to learning more about SPX FLOW total support, visitors to Stand 3b50 will be able to examine a Chemical Injection System model based on Bran+Luebbe technology. These systems are typically used to aid the recovery of oil and gas through the introduction of chemicals in very precise amounts.

The Chemical Injection System is accompanied by a ClydeUnion BB5 pump, developed for applications such as seawater injection, main oil line movement and flowline displacement. BB5 pumps are designed as engineered-to-order solutions and manufactured to the latest edition of API 610 and API 682.

Also on display will be two examples of Johnson Pump technology. The Combiproline (OH3) horizontal pump is a great choice for platforms where space is at a premium, while the Combisump centrifugal pump is designed to move thin chemicals and hydrocarbons. Rounding off the SPX FLOW pump selection is the Triro C-100 from Plenty Pumps, an ideal solution for forced lubrication systems.
