The Heavy Lift Engineer Launch New Resource for Industry
The Heavy Lift Engineer are delighted to launch a new website, with additional functionality, crafted to support the marine industry. The new platform, which continues to host their bi-annual impartial magazine, full of heavy lift articles and tips, now offers users the opportunity to search for vessels, chart their location and find details to inform if they are suitable to support projects. There is also the opportunity to engage with the vessel owners or seek support from the HLE specialist team to support your project. This is combined with a host of tips and articles, many of which are from guest contributors from the marine sector.
All existing subscribers have full access to the platform, with the opportunity for all industry professionals to sign up and get full access, free of charge. Whilst open to all, it will predominately serve the heavy lift sector, with value for oil and gas majors and downstream, land-based crane and SPMTs, freight forwarders, nuclear developers, ship owners and brokers.
The HLE team are committed to further good practice within the industry and this latest effort is testament to their passion to share knowledge and expertise. Many of the main contributors are drawn from Malin Abram, respected heavy lift specialist within the sector. James Bowie, Engineering Director of Malin Abram, and editor of their Heavy Lift Engineer magazine stated, “this is a great resource for the industry and perfectly reflects the passion the HLE team have for furthering knowledge, sharing expertise and building partnerships across the industry.”
