Galp Energia appointed chief financial officer Maria Joao Carioca and head of commercial Joao Diogo Marques da Silva as co-chief executives. Nuno Holbech Bastos, former director of Galp’s strategy and M&A division, selected to join the board to oversee the company’s upstream division.

Talos Energy named general counsel William Moss, chief financial officer Sergio Maiworm and executive vice president and head of operations John Spath as interim co-presidents in charge of a new Office of the Interim Chief Executive Officer, while it finalises its search for a permanent chief executive.

Russian privately held oil producer Lukoil appointed Sergey Kochkurov as executive chairman, replacing Vadim Vorobyov, who resigned after being included on the US sanctions list

Chevron appointed Laura Lane as vice president and chief corporate affairs officer, effective 1 February, succeeding Al Williams, who is retiring in April.

Northwest Natural Gas of the US named longtime company executive Kim Rush as president, effective 1 April.

US Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) appointed Denise Davis as vice president of strategy and communications.

Global business advisory Opportune promoted Maggie Caldwell to managing director in tax and Patrick Long to principal in process and technology.

US fuel equipment distributor The Kennedy Company appointed Thomas R. Cacciola as chief executive.

Robert Kester has joined research, investing,and strategy firm Veriten as partner, technology and innovation.

Emily Ferguson appointed as a non-executive director of Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas replacing Oliver Quinn with immediate effect.

Survey vessels owner and operator TDI-Brooks has appointed Frank Feurtado as manager – marine systems.

Dutch gas grid and LNG terminal operator Gasunie has appointed Jan Boekelman as interim chief financial officer with effect from 11 February.

Frank Berget starting a new position as director of international business development at French deeptech company D-ICE Engineering.

David Mendelson appointed as independent non-executive director to Jadestone Energy’s board of directors, effective immediately, joining the board’s remuneration committee and governance and nomination committee.

Global wnd power player Vestas named Jakob Wegge-Larsen as chief financial officer, replacing Hans Martin Smith who left Vestas in December.
