Tullow Oil PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Martin Greenslade as a non-executive director of the oil and gas explorer and producer, from November 1.
Greenslade is chief financial officer of Land Securities Group PLC.
He also will join the audit committee of the Tullow Oil board and take over as chair of that committee when Steve Lucas steps down as non-executive director in April.
Tullow Chair Dorothy Thompson said of Greenslade: "His timely appointment will allow for a suitable handover of audit committee responsibilities ahead of Steve Lucas stepping down in April next year."
Tullow Oil shares were down 0.4% in London at 204.30 pence each on Tuesday morning.
