Nudge is an online platform that exists to connect talent with their next opportunity. We are a registered B_Corp business that is on a mission to source decent work for all. We use technology to efficiently connect our community with the right role at the right time for less cost.  

By using a unique combination of technology, we provide a shortlist of candidates with an interview and a proposal for the scope of work. The candidates are verified, and competency assessed which removes the need for companies to undertake.   

We want to make the sourcing of opportunities an enjoyable experience, not a necessary evil.
