TMM Recruitment announces the appointment of a new business consultant, specialising in IT recruitment, as the company gears up for higher levels of activity.
Colin McKay provides support to employers seeking to recruit IT professionals on a temporary, permanent or contract basis. He began his recruitment career at TMM Recruitment, leaving Aberdeen over 13 years ago. His return to the granite city coincides with a steady increase in recruitment activity for the specialist agency as the region begins to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Business Manager, Cammy Keith says “Colin’s a highly experienced recruiter and, because he knows how we operate, is making a positive impact very quickly.
“We anticipate growing demand for engineering, tech and digital professionals as the recovery picks up momentum. With Colin leading the IT specialism and Scott Keith managing all our Engineering recruitment we’re positioning the business for growth in both areas and raising awareness of our ability to deliver in these highly technical disciplines.”
Colin continues, “It feels like I’ve come full circle, returning to Aberdeen and TMM Recruitment. Obviously, so much has changed over the years but the culture in which I thrived during my early career feels the same, the company has a great reputation and I’m looking forward enormously to getting to know existing clients and executing a plan for growth of the IT specialism.”
