Izomax bolsters commitment to Australia with new Technical Sales Specialist appointment in Perth

• Norwegian mechanical isolation specialist Izomax appoints Alex Follington as Technical Sales Specialist for the APAC region.
• The expansion of Izomax’ Perth-based team underscores the company’s growing investment in the Asia-Pacific market.

Izomax, a mechanical isolation specialist, has reinforced its presence in Australia, East Asia, and South-East Asia by appointing Alex Follington as its new Technical Sales Specialist.

Alex brings over 15 years of experience in technical sales within the oil and gas sector, having worked extensively with both emerging and established operators in the Australian market. His expertise spans greenfield and brownfield projects, with a particular focus on delivering tailored solutions for complex applications. He has been closely involved in the construction of some of Australia’s largest LNG facilities, helping clients solve problems throughout the life-cycle of construction, commissioning through to operations and maintenance.

Headquartered in Stavanger, Norway, Izomax is the creator of the AOGV (Add On Gate Valve), a patented mechanical isolation system. AOGV, unlike traditional isolation technologies, allows customers to safely isolate process segments for inspection, maintenance, or repair without a shutdown. Developed in 2016, the AOGV has been successfully deployed in over 190 operations across five continents, including several for major customers in Australia.
