  • New Group management team will lead the company’s growth strategy to pursue strategically complementary opportunities within its active M&A pipeline which has an emphasis on offshore renewables.

John Heiton, OEG’s Chief Executive Officer said: “OEG has grown rapidly in recent years as we have consolidated our position as a market leader in Offshore cargo units and diversified our business through the strategic growth of our Renewables division which now represents 50% of Group revenue.  We feel that now is the appropriate time to establish a new management structure that better reflects the scale, depth of service and strategic balance of the Group.  We are fortunate to have access to such quality and experience across the key areas of finance, M&A, HSE and sustainability; all of which will play a pivotal role in OEG’s future.”
