Global staffing partner JAB Recruitment has announced a string of promotions and new appointments to help energy operators and leading service companies connect with skilled workers around the world.
And in a further boost, the UK and US-based company has leveraged cutting-edge technology to launch its own mobile app partnering with technology company Moblyze Inc – matching the best talent with the most sought-after roles, assisting the largest employers in the energy industry reach and attract skilled candidates.
To support its international growth ambitions, it has announced several key appointments. JAB co-founder Chris Black has taken on the newly-created role of Chief Growth Officer to reflect his expertise in this field, while Colin Mackie moves from Vice President Americas to become Chief Operating Officer.
Elsewhere, Louisiana-based Tosha Pennison has been promoted to Vice President – Subsea & Marine, and in Aberdeen, UK, Shaun Garrathy joins from NES Fircroft as Regional Manager for EMEA.

The Dundee-founded company, which incorporates the executive search business Ramsay Black, has seen a 60% increase in UK revenue and a 35% increase in US revenue over the last 18 months, and is investing $1 million as it aims to treble its multi-million-dollar revenue and double its head count to 60 within three years.
With a client list exceeding 350 and locations in the UK, Houston, Louisiana and Calgary, the recruitment partner has been connecting global operators and tier one service companies with the right talent for more than 20 years and facilitates more than 1,000 placements annually.
