Zenith Energy Ltd said Wednesday it has started drilling operations at well C-37 of the Jafarli oilfield in Azerbaijan.
In early August, the oil & gas firm raised CAD1.9 million through a placing of 47.8 million shares, with the money raised going towards well deepening operations for wells C-37 and C-30.
Shares in Zenith Energy were down 3.5% at 2.80 pence on Wednesday afternoon in London.
