Elementz announces key award in breakthrough year

A member of the team at a leading light in subsea asset integrity management software has a prestigious award in a leading industry showcase.

During a glittering awards ceremony at P&J Live in Aberdeen last night (February 4th), lead software engineer Neha Bahukhandi from city-based Elementz was crowned winner of the Rising Star category. Neha is a lynchpin in the company’s core product Integrity Elementz and she works closely with product, design, and customer experience teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-driven software.

Elementz is redefining the subsea sector by enabling the transformation and modernisation of integrity management across subsea asset portfolios, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability and safety. Through its Compass strategic advisory board – which includes representation from some of the world’s top energy companies – it has created Tide Breaker to turn subsea innovation into real-world impact by connecting start-ups directly with industry data, infrastructure, and expertise. The project is guided by The Data Lab, Scotland’s Centre for Data Science and AI, and supported by ONE Digital Tech.

Commenting on news from the Subsea Expo Awards 2026, Elementz CEO Jason Brown said: “Industry recognition of this kind is important endorsement of how much Neha and the whole team has achieved in a short time – and we’re only at the beginning of our journey to create a blue digital ecosystem that drives positive change through fresh thinking and bold innovation.

“This recognition for Neha underpins the validity of the work that we are doing and allow(s) us to move forward with confidence and optimism as we strive to create a bright future, not only for Elementz but for the wider sphere in which we operate.”
